Associate Program Director
Sameera Pochiraju graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a master’s degree in International Development. She brings 10 years of experience managing global health projects around the world. As a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, Sameera provided analytical, strategic and management support to one of the largest USAID projects to strengthen HIV supply chains in developing countries. Sameera also spent four years working on the Clinton Health Access Initiative’s HIV Treatment Access Program, where she assisted governments in Asia and Africa build capacity for high-quality HIV care and treatment programs. Most recently, she managed partnerships for Watsi, the first nonprofit coming out of Y Combinator, to improve access to healthcare in developing countries using technology solutions.
