Flexible PTO and Sick Leave
BVGH offers 40 days of bundled PTO, split into 17 fixed holidays and 23 flexible days of sick leave and/or vacation time.
Comprehensive Insurance
BVGH contributes the entire monthly cost of employee insurance. New employees are eligible for coverage on the first day of the month following their start date. Our insurance covers:

Matching 401K
BVGH will match up to 5% of an employee’s paycheck for 401K contributions. Employees are eligible for 401Ks on the first day of the month following their 1-year anniversary.
Travel Benefits
Employees working in the office will receive a travel stipend based on the amount of time spent in office or will receive a parking spot in the office garage (by preference and availability).
Flexible Workspace
Work in office full-time, part-time, or primarily remote.
Sabbaticals
BVGH offers a 6 week sabbatical every 6 years of service. Sabbaticals must be used within one year of being awarded.
